Founded by Late Shri Kanhaiyalal Budia, – B.Com, a global business expert with over 45 years of
experience in textile production & quality control. Has worked for 25 years with Grasim Industries
Ltd. Gwalior one of the most reputed textile industries in India.
From a humble beginning gradually backed with able manpower, collective wisdom and sustained
effort Vimal International within a very short span graduated to the status of a company which has
presence in every major textile centre in India. The business was trading in Yarns / Fibres and over
